About this task
This boutique advisory firm for healthcare providers (1,001–5,000 employees) is looking for a manager PR & Communications for a single piece of work with a fixed scope and a fixed price. Holding statements, roles and approval flow for incidents.
A fresh pair of experienced eyes is needed, and the result is a document or file the team can use straight away. It is a consulting firm, so client deadlines set the pace and handover notes are expected.
The work is fully remote. Any location in Canada works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day. Evenings or weekends are fine, as long as the agreed weekly output is there. About 1 hour a week should overlap with the team's day (Whitehorse time).
What you deliver
- Draft a playbook with six scenarios, holding statements and a call tree.
- The finished deliverable in the agreed file format, with sources and assumptions listed
- A 20-minute walkthrough call, or a recorded screen share if you prefer
- A final note stating what was checked and what was left out of scope
How the work runs
- Day 1: scope confirmed in writing, files shared
- Middle of the period: draft shared for early feedback
- Last day: final version and handover note
Duration: 1 to 2 weeks. Accepted on the company's written OK. If something is missed, you fix it in the same week at no extra charge to either side.
