About this task

This property and casualty insurer covering fleets and logistics (5,000+ employees) is looking for a director AI Evaluator: Compliance for a rating and review programme for AI output in your own field, 3–8 h a week. Judges whether AI-written control descriptions are specific enough to test.

The programme needs subject-matter experts who can tell a good answer from a plausible one in their own field. It is an insurer, so accuracy and an audit trail come before speed.

The work is fully remote. Any location in Spain works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day.

What you deliver

  • Review 30 AI-written control descriptions for clear owner, frequency and evidence.
  • Flags for answers that are unsafe, off-topic or wrong in your field
  • Ratings entered in the client's tool against the written rubric, with a one-line reason each
  • A weekly count of items reviewed, confirmed by the programme lead

What a week looks like

  • Friday: pick up the queue and confirm priorities
  • Midweek: two short working sessions of one to two hours
  • Thursday: update sent before the company's end of day

Duration: Weekly batches for 6 weeks, renewed every four weeks. Accepted when the output matches the agreed checklist and the sample check passes; the recruiter confirms by e-mail.
