About this task
This Series C analytics software company for manufacturers (201–500 employees) is looking for a manager AI Evaluator: Compliance for a rating and review programme for AI output in your own field, 3–8 h a week. Judges whether AI-written control descriptions are specific enough to test.
The programme needs subject-matter experts who can tell a good answer from a plausible one in their own field. The company sells subscription software, so deadlines follow release and billing cycles.
The work is fully remote. Any location in Canada works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day.
What you deliver
- Review 30 AI-written control descriptions for clear owner, frequency and evidence.
- Short calibration notes after the first batch, so your ratings match the guidelines
- A weekly count of items reviewed, confirmed by the programme lead
- Ratings entered in the client's tool against the written rubric, with a one-line reason each
What a week looks like
- Friday: 15-minute check-in to agree the week's items
- Wednesday: main working block (3 hours)
- Tuesday: hand-off note with what shipped and what is open
Duration: Weekly batches for 12 weeks, renewed every four weeks. Accepted on the company's written OK. If something is missed, you fix it in the same week at no extra charge to either side.
