About this task
This Digital-asset exchange in custody (5,000+ employees) is looking for a manager Legal Operations for a single piece of work with a fixed scope and a fixed price. Intake, templates, approvals and storage in one flow.
The company has a deadline, no one free to own it, and wants a person who has done the same job before. It works in digital assets, where compliance and record keeping are a daily topic.
The company prefers a person who can come to Munich for kickoff and the final review; the rest is remote. You choose your hours; nothing is scheduled except an occasional short call. About 2 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (CET).
What you deliver
- Design and set up a contract workflow in Ironclad for sales, procurement and HR.
- A 20-minute walkthrough call, or a recorded screen share if you prefer
- The finished deliverable in the agreed file format, with sources and assumptions listed
- A final note stating what was checked and what was left out of scope
How the work runs
- Day 1: kickoff call and access to the files
- Days 2 to 10: the work, with questions answered the same day
- Last day: delivery and a short walkthrough
Duration: 2 to 3 weeks. Accepted on the company's written OK. If something is missed, you fix it in the same week at no extra charge to either side.
