About this task
This Series A lending platform for mid-market companies (51–200 employees) is looking for a senior Contracts Manager for a single piece of work with a fixed scope and a fixed price. A single list of every contract, with dates and obligations.
The company has a deadline, no one free to own it, and wants a person who has done the same job before. It operates in regulated payments and lending, so a written trail for every decision matters.
The work is fully remote. Any location in Ireland works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day. Evenings or weekends are fine, as long as the agreed weekly output is there.
What you deliver
- Build a register of 120 contracts with renewal dates, notice periods and owners.
- The finished deliverable in the agreed file format, with sources and assumptions listed
- A final note stating what was checked and what was left out of scope
- A 20-minute walkthrough call, or a recorded screen share if you prefer
How the work runs
- Day 1: scope confirmed in writing, files shared
- Middle of the period: draft shared for early feedback
- Last day: final version and handover note
Duration: 1 to 2 weeks. Accepted after the walkthrough. Edits requested within three working days are part of the price.
