About this task

This Series C digital-asset exchange for payments (201–500 employees) is looking for a manager Commercial Contract Reviewer for a single piece of work with a fixed scope and a fixed price. Preferred, fallback and walk-away positions for key clauses.

A fresh pair of experienced eyes is needed, and the result is a document or file the team can use straight away. It works in digital assets, where compliance and record keeping are a daily topic.

The team sits in Lisbon. Everything can be done remotely; an occasional visit is welcome and never required for the first month. Evenings or weekends are fine, as long as the agreed weekly output is there.

What you deliver

  • Write a playbook for ten clause types with sample language.
  • One round of edits after the company's review is included
  • A 20-minute walkthrough call, or a recorded screen share if you prefer
  • A final note stating what was checked and what was left out of scope

How the work runs

  • Day 1: kickoff call and access to the files
  • Days 2 to 8: the work, with questions answered the same day
  • Last day: delivery and a short walkthrough

Duration: 2 to 3 weeks. Accepted when the output matches the agreed checklist and the sample check passes; the recruiter confirms by e-mail.
