About this task
This Series B digital wealth platform for marketplaces (201–500 employees) is looking for a manager Commercial Contract Reviewer for a single piece of work with a fixed scope and a fixed price. Preferred, fallback and walk-away positions for key clauses.
The work is too small to justify a hire and too important to leave to chance. It operates in regulated payments and lending, so a written trail for every decision matters.
The work is fully remote, but the company can only contract people who live in Florida, so this one is for residents there. Evenings or weekends are fine, as long as the agreed weekly output is there. About 1 hour a week should overlap with the team's day (ET).
What you deliver
- Write a playbook for ten clause types with sample language.
- The finished deliverable in the agreed file format, with sources and assumptions listed
- One round of edits after the company's review is included
- A final note stating what was checked and what was left out of scope
How the work runs
- Day 1: kickoff call and access to the files
- Days 2 to 8: the work, with questions answered the same day
- Last day: delivery and a short walkthrough
Duration: 2 to 3 weeks. Accepted when the output matches the agreed checklist and the sample check passes; the recruiter confirms by e-mail.
