About this task

This boutique law firm advising tech companies (1,001–5,000 employees) is looking for a manager Commercial Contract Reviewer for a single piece of work with a fixed scope and a fixed price. Preferred, fallback and walk-away positions for key clauses.

The company has a deadline, no one free to own it, and wants a person who has done the same job before. It is a law firm; confidentiality is absolute and every file is handled under supervision.

The company prefers a person who can come to Budapest for kickoff and the final review; the rest is remote. You choose your hours; nothing is scheduled except an occasional short call.

What you deliver

  • Write a playbook for ten clause types with sample language.
  • One round of edits after the company's review is included
  • The finished deliverable in the agreed file format, with sources and assumptions listed
  • A 20-minute walkthrough call, or a recorded screen share if you prefer

How the work runs

  • Day 1: scope confirmed in writing, files shared
  • Middle of the period: draft shared for early feedback
  • Last day: final version and handover note

Duration: 2 to 3 weeks. Accepted when the output matches the agreed checklist and the sample check passes; the recruiter confirms by e-mail.
