About this task

This proptech company in office refurbishment (201–500 employees) is looking for a senior Commercial Contract Reviewer for a monthly bundle of recurring tasks, 10–24 h a month. Extracts key terms from many contracts into a table.

The company wants one reliable owner for a list of small jobs instead of five different people. It works in real estate and construction, where project documents change often.

The work is fully remote, but the company can only contract people who live in Utah, so this one is for residents there. The work runs in two set slots a week, agreed with the team at the start.

What you deliver

  • Abstract 60 customer contracts for term, renewal, liability cap and termination rights.
  • A running log of open questions, reviewed at the start of each week
  • The monthly list of items completed, each with a link to the result
  • A named list of items moved to next month, so nothing is lost

What a month looks like

  • Week 1: intake call and a list of what is due this month
  • Weeks 2 and 3: items completed in short sessions
  • Week 4: month-end summary and the list for next month

Duration: 6 months, with a monthly hours cap. Accepted after the walkthrough. Edits requested within three working days are part of the price.
