About this task
This publishing house (51–200 employees) is looking for a manager Commercial Contract Reviewer for a monthly bundle of recurring tasks, 10–24 h a month. Extracts key terms from many contracts into a table.
The company wants one reliable owner for a list of small jobs instead of five different people. It publishes content on a schedule, so editorial deadlines are fixed.
The work is fully remote. Any location in United Kingdom works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day. Evenings or weekends are fine, as long as the agreed weekly output is there. About 2 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (UK time).
What you deliver
- Abstract 80 customer contracts for term, renewal, liability cap and termination rights.
- A named list of items moved to next month, so nothing is lost
- The monthly list of items completed, each with a link to the result
- A month-end summary with hours used against the cap
What a month looks like
- Week 1: intake call and a list of what is due this month
- Weeks 2 and 3: items completed in short sessions
- Week 4: month-end summary and the list for next month
Duration: 12 weeks, with a monthly hours cap. Accepted when the output matches the agreed checklist and the sample check passes; the recruiter confirms by e-mail.
