About this task

This Series C developer-tools company for HR teams (201–500 employees) is looking for a senior Commercial Contract Reviewer for a monthly bundle of recurring tasks, 10–24 h a month. Extracts key terms from many contracts into a table.

The company wants one reliable owner for a list of small jobs instead of five different people. The company sells subscription software, so deadlines follow release and billing cycles.

The company prefers a person who can come to Tours for kickoff and the final review; the rest is remote. Most people do this on weekday evenings; replies inside the working day are not expected.

What you deliver

  • Abstract 80 customer contracts for term, renewal, liability cap and termination rights.
  • A named list of items moved to next month, so nothing is lost
  • A month-end summary with hours used against the cap
  • The monthly list of items completed, each with a link to the result

What a month looks like

  • Start of month: the company shares the items and the priorities
  • Mid-month: progress check of 15 minutes
  • Month end: hours used against the cap, results and open items

Duration: 8 weeks, with a monthly hours cap. Accepted after the walkthrough. Edits requested within three working days are part of the price.
