About this task
This insurtech company covering small businesses (1,001–5,000 employees) is looking for a senior Commercial Contract Reviewer for a monthly bundle of recurring tasks, 10–24 h a month. Extracts key terms from many contracts into a table.
The same kind of work comes back every month, so the company prefers one person with an hours cap over ad-hoc requests. It is an insurer, so accuracy and an audit trail come before speed.
The team sits in London. Everything can be done remotely; an occasional visit is welcome and never required for the first month. Evenings or weekends are fine, as long as the agreed weekly output is there.
What you deliver
- Abstract 60 customer contracts for term, renewal, liability cap and termination rights.
- A running log of open questions, reviewed at the start of each week
- A month-end summary with hours used against the cap
- The monthly list of items completed, each with a link to the result
What a month looks like
- Start of month: the company shares the items and the priorities
- Mid-month: progress check of 15 minutes
- Month end: hours used against the cap, results and open items
Duration: 12 weeks, with a monthly hours cap. Accepted when the output matches the agreed checklist and the sample check passes; the recruiter confirms by e-mail.
