About this task

This streaming and audio company covering business news (51–200 employees) is looking for a senior Commercial Contract Reviewer for a monthly bundle of recurring tasks, 10–24 h a month. Extracts key terms from many contracts into a table.

A named list of recurring items keeps the month predictable for both sides. It publishes content on a schedule, so editorial deadlines are fixed.

The company prefers a person who can come to La Crosse for kickoff and the final review; the rest is remote. You choose your hours; nothing is scheduled except an occasional short call.

What you deliver

  • Abstract 120 customer contracts for term, renewal, liability cap and termination rights.
  • A running log of open questions, reviewed at the start of each week
  • A month-end summary with hours used against the cap
  • The monthly list of items completed, each with a link to the result

What a month looks like

  • Start of month: the company shares the items and the priorities
  • Mid-month: progress check of 15 minutes
  • Month end: hours used against the cap, results and open items

Duration: 12 weeks, with a monthly hours cap. Accepted when the company contact confirms the deliverable against the written checklist. One round of edits is included.
