About this task

This health charity in global health (5,000+ employees) is looking for a manager Commercial Contract Reviewer for a monthly bundle of recurring tasks, 10–24 h a month. Extracts key terms from many contracts into a table.

A named list of recurring items keeps the month predictable for both sides. It is a nonprofit, so budgets are tight and grant reporting dates are fixed.

The work is fully remote, but the company can only contract people who live in Kansas, so this one is for residents there. You choose your hours; nothing is scheduled except an occasional short call.

What you deliver

  • Abstract 80 customer contracts for term, renewal, liability cap and termination rights.
  • The monthly list of items completed, each with a link to the result
  • A running log of open questions, reviewed at the start of each week
  • A named list of items moved to next month, so nothing is lost

What a month looks like

  • Week 1: intake call and a list of what is due this month
  • Weeks 2 and 3: items completed in short sessions
  • Week 4: month-end summary and the list for next month

Duration: 6 months, with a monthly hours cap. Accepted on the company's written OK. If something is missed, you fix it in the same week at no extra charge to either side.
