About this task

This Clinical-stage biotech in rare diseases (5,000+ employees) is looking for a senior Commercial Contract Reviewer for a monthly bundle of recurring tasks, 10–24 h a month. Extracts key terms from many contracts into a table.

A named list of recurring items keeps the month predictable for both sides. It works in life sciences, where documents are versioned and reviewed in a fixed order.

The team sits in Brussels. Everything can be done remotely; an occasional visit is welcome and never required for the first month. The work runs in two set slots a week, agreed with the team at the start.

What you deliver

  • Abstract 80 customer contracts for term, renewal, liability cap and termination rights.
  • A month-end summary with hours used against the cap
  • The monthly list of items completed, each with a link to the result
  • A running log of open questions, reviewed at the start of each week

What a month looks like

  • Start of month: the company shares the items and the priorities
  • Mid-month: progress check of 15 minutes
  • Month end: hours used against the cap, results and open items

Duration: 12 weeks, with a monthly hours cap. Accepted when the output matches the agreed checklist and the sample check passes; the recruiter confirms by e-mail.
