About this task
This Series C language-learning company for professional exams (501–1,000 employees) is looking for a senior Commercial Contract Reviewer for a monthly bundle of recurring tasks, 10–24 h a month. Extracts key terms from many contracts into a table.
The company wants one reliable owner for a list of small jobs instead of five different people. It works in education, with a calendar built around terms and enrolment peaks.
The work is fully remote. Any location in Belgium works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day. Most people do this on weekday evenings; replies inside the working day are not expected. About 1 hour a week should overlap with the team's day (CET).
What you deliver
- Abstract 100 customer contracts for term, renewal, liability cap and termination rights.
- The monthly list of items completed, each with a link to the result
- A named list of items moved to next month, so nothing is lost
- A month-end summary with hours used against the cap
What a month looks like
- Week 1: intake call and a list of what is due this month
- Weeks 2 and 3: items completed in short sessions
- Week 4: month-end summary and the list for next month
Duration: 12 weeks, with a monthly hours cap. Accepted when the company contact confirms the deliverable against the written checklist. One round of edits is included.
