About this task
This Series C E-commerce platform for outdoor gear (201–500 employees) is looking for a specialist Social Media Manager for an ongoing part-time engagement of 4–10 h a week. Plans and publishes posts across channels.
The company wants a senior person on this without carrying the cost of a full-time role. It sells online, so volumes move with promotions and the calendar matters.
The team sits in Nijmegen. Everything can be done remotely; an occasional visit is welcome and never required for the first month. The work runs in two set slots a week, agreed with the team at the start. About 3 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (CET).
What you deliver
- Schedule 20 posts a week across LinkedIn, Instagram and X from an approved monthly plan.
- A short handover note when the engagement pauses or ends
- A written update every Wednesday with what was done, what is next and anything blocked
- Work logged against the agreed list, so the company contact can see progress without a call
What a week looks like
- Monday: 15-minute check-in to agree the week's items
- Friday: main working block (4 hours)
- Wednesday: hand-off note with what shipped and what is open
Duration: 16 weeks, renewable. Accepted after the walkthrough. Edits requested within three working days are part of the price.
