About this task
This Series B vertical software provider for manufacturers (51–200 employees) is looking for a manager Social Media Manager for an ongoing part-time engagement of 4–10 h a week. Plans and publishes posts across channels.
The team is stretched and wants steady, predictable help instead of another full-time hire. The company sells subscription software, so deadlines follow release and billing cycles.
The company prefers a person who can come to Gresham for kickoff and the final review; the rest is remote. The company prefers early-morning hours, before a normal working day starts. About 2 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (PT).
What you deliver
- Schedule 12 posts a week across LinkedIn, Instagram and X from an approved monthly plan.
- A short handover note when the engagement pauses or ends
- A written update every Monday with what was done, what is next and anything blocked
- Questions collected in one thread, answered within one working day
What a week looks like
- Thursday: 15-minute check-in to agree the week's items
- Friday: main working block (4 hours)
- Monday: hand-off note with what shipped and what is open
Duration: 6 months, then month by month. Accepted after the walkthrough. Edits requested within three working days are part of the price.
