About this task
This proptech company in student housing (501–1,000 employees) is looking for a manager Social Media Manager for an ongoing part-time engagement of 4–10 h a week. Plans and publishes posts across channels.
The team is stretched and wants steady, predictable help instead of another full-time hire. It works in real estate and construction, where project documents change often.
The work is fully remote. Any location in Denmark works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day. The company prefers early-morning hours, before a normal working day starts. About 3 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (CET).
What you deliver
- Schedule 20 posts a week across LinkedIn, Instagram and X from an approved monthly plan.
- Work logged against the agreed list, so the company contact can see progress without a call
- A written update every Tuesday with what was done, what is next and anything blocked
- A short handover note when the engagement pauses or ends
What a week looks like
- Monday: 15-minute check-in to agree the week's items
- Friday: main working block (4 hours)
- Tuesday: hand-off note with what shipped and what is open
Duration: 12 weeks, renewable. Accepted on the company's written OK. If something is missed, you fix it in the same week at no extra charge to either side.

How you get paid
- The company prepays Deftridge before your first hour, so payment does not depend on a late invoice.
