About this task

This recruiting platform for tech hiring (501–1,000 employees) is looking for a senior Social Media Manager for an ongoing part-time engagement of 4–10 h a week. Plans and publishes posts across channels.

The team is stretched and wants steady, predictable help instead of another full-time hire. It works in staffing and HR technology, and the team is used to external specialists.

The company prefers a person who can come to Charleroi for kickoff and the final review; the rest is remote. The work runs in two set slots a week, agreed with the team at the start. About 2 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (CET).

What you deliver

• Schedule 12 posts a week across LinkedIn, Instagram and X from an approved monthly plan.
• A written update every Monday with what was done, what is next and anything blocked
• Questions collected in one thread, answered within one working day
• A short handover note when the engagement pauses or ends

What a week looks like

• Tuesday: pick up the queue and confirm priorities
• Midweek: two short working sessions of one to two hours
• Monday: update sent before the company's end of day

Duration: 8 weeks, renewable. Accepted when the output matches the agreed checklist and the sample check passes; the recruiter confirms by e-mail.

How you get paid

• The company prepays Deftridge before your first hour, so payment does not depend on a late invoice.
• Deftridge pays you in EUR after the company confirms the hours or the deliverable. The payment date is written in your task agreement.
• You work as an independent contractor: you report your own income, and your recruiter sends the statements your accountant needs.
• You never chase the company. Questions about money go to Deftridge.
