About this task

This health charity in food security (501–1,000 employees) is looking for a manager SEO Specialist for a monthly bundle of recurring tasks, 8–12 h a month. Briefs that tell writers what a page must cover to rank.

A named list of recurring items keeps the month predictable for both sides. It is a nonprofit, so budgets are tight and grant reporting dates are fixed.

The work is fully remote, but the company can only contract people who live in California, so this one is for residents there. Evenings or weekends are fine, as long as the agreed weekly output is there. About 2 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (PT).

What you deliver

• Write 15 SEO briefs with search intent, outline, entities and internal links.
• A named list of items moved to next month, so nothing is lost
• A running log of open questions, reviewed at the start of each week
• A month-end summary with hours used against the cap

What a month looks like

• Week 1: intake call and a list of what is due this month
• Weeks 2 and 3: items completed in short sessions
• Week 4: month-end summary and the list for next month

Duration: 12 weeks, with a monthly hours cap. Accepted when the output matches the agreed checklist and the sample check passes; the recruiter confirms by e-mail.

How you get paid

• The company prepays Deftridge before your first hour, so payment does not depend on a late invoice.
