About this task
This analytics software company for law firms (5,000+ employees) is looking for a manager SEO Specialist for a monthly bundle of recurring tasks, 8–12 h a month. Briefs that tell writers what a page must cover to rank.
The company wants one reliable owner for a list of small jobs instead of five different people. The company sells subscription software, so deadlines follow release and billing cycles.
The team sits in Antwerp. Everything can be done remotely; an occasional visit is welcome and never required for the first month. Evenings or weekends are fine, as long as the agreed weekly output is there.
What you deliver
- Write 15 SEO briefs with search intent, outline, entities and internal links.
- A month-end summary with hours used against the cap
- A named list of items moved to next month, so nothing is lost
- The monthly list of items completed, each with a link to the result

- Start of month: the company shares the items and the priorities
- Mid-month: progress check of 15 minutes
- Month end: hours used against the cap, results and open items
Duration: 6 months, with a monthly hours cap. Accepted when the company contact confirms the deliverable against the written checklist. One round of edits is included.
