About this task
This Series B expense management software company for small businesses (51–200 employees) is looking for a specialist Survey & Insights Analyst for a single piece of work with a fixed scope and a fixed price. Summarises how a new concept scores with a target group.
It is a self-contained job: scope, checklist and price are agreed before you start. It operates in regulated payments and lending, so a written trail for every decision matters.
The work is fully remote, but the company can only contract people who live in Tennessee, so this one is for residents there. You choose your hours; nothing is scheduled except an occasional short call.
What you deliver
- Summarise a concept test of three product names with 250 respondents and recommend one.
- A 20-minute walkthrough call, or a recorded screen share if you prefer
- The finished deliverable in the agreed file format, with sources and assumptions listed
- One round of edits after the company's review is included
How the work runs
- Day 1: scope confirmed in writing, files shared
- Middle of the period: draft shared for early feedback
- Last day: final version and handover note
Duration: 2 to 3 weeks. Accepted on the company's written OK. If something is missed, you fix it in the same week at no extra charge to either side.
