About this task
This omnichannel retailer with 120 stores (501–1,000 employees) is looking for a manager Survey & Insights Analyst for a single piece of work with a fixed scope and a fixed price. Summarises how a new concept scores with a target group.
It is a self-contained job: scope, checklist and price are agreed before you start. It is a retailer with stores and an online channel, and the team works to a weekly trading rhythm.
The team sits in Burnley. Everything can be done remotely; an occasional visit is welcome and never required for the first month. Evenings or weekends are fine, as long as the agreed weekly output is there. About 2 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (UK time).
What you deliver
- Summarise a concept test of three product names with 400 respondents and recommend one.
- A final note stating what was checked and what was left out of scope
- A 20-minute walkthrough call, or a recorded screen share if you prefer
- The finished deliverable in the agreed file format, with sources and assumptions listed
How the work runs
- Day 1: scope confirmed in writing, files shared
- Middle of the period: draft shared for early feedback
- Last day: final version and handover note
Duration: 2 to 3 weeks. Accepted after the walkthrough. Edits requested within three working days are part of the price.
