Compliance Training Content Review

About this task

This legal services provider advising employers (501–1,000 employees) is looking for a senior Compliance Analyst for a single piece of work with a fixed scope and a fixed price. Reviews mandatory training for accuracy.

It is a self-contained job: scope, checklist and price are agreed before you start. It is a law firm; confidentiality is absolute and every file is handled under supervision.

The work is fully remote. Any location in Germany works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day. Evenings or weekends are fine, as long as the agreed weekly output is there.

What you deliver

• Review the annual anti-bribery course for outdated references.
• One round of edits after the company's review is included
• A 20-minute walkthrough call, or a recorded screen share if you prefer
• The finished deliverable in the agreed file format, with sources and assumptions listed

How the work runs

• Day 1: scope confirmed in writing, files shared
• Middle of the period: draft shared for early feedback
• Last day: final version and handover note

Duration: 2 to 3 weeks. Accepted when the output matches the agreed checklist and the sample check passes; the recruiter confirms by e-mail.

How you get paid

• The company prepays Deftridge before your first hour, so payment does not depend on a late invoice.
• Deftridge pays you in EUR after the company confirms the hours or the deliverable. The payment date is written in your task agreement.
• You work as an independent contractor: you report your own income, and your recruiter sends the statements your accountant needs.
• You never chase the company. Questions about money go to Deftridge.

The midpoint of this range, €60 an hour, is above the median senior Compliance Analyst rate in Germany (€55). The shaded band is the 25th to 75th percentile of the market.
