About this task

This health charity in global health (201–500 employees) is looking for a manager AI Evaluator: Compliance for a rating and review programme for AI output in your own field, 3–8 h a week. Writes realistic compliance dilemmas and expected handling.

The programme needs subject-matter experts who can tell a good answer from a plausible one in their own field. It is a nonprofit, so budgets are tight and grant reporting dates are fixed.

The work is fully remote. Any location in Canada works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day.

What you deliver

• Write 25 scenarios on gifts, conflicts of interest and customer due diligence with model answers.
• Short calibration notes after the first batch, so your ratings match the guidelines
• A weekly count of items reviewed, confirmed by the programme lead
• Flags for answers that are unsafe, off-topic or wrong in your field

What a week looks like

• Monday: pick up the queue and confirm priorities
• Midweek: two short working sessions of one to two hours
• Friday: update sent before the company's end of day

Duration: Weekly batches for 8 weeks, renewed every four weeks. Accepted when the output matches the agreed checklist and the sample check passes; the recruiter confirms by e-mail.

How you get paid

• The company prepays Deftridge before your first hour, so payment does not depend on a late invoice.
• Deftridge pays you in CAD after the company confirms the hours or the deliverable. The payment date is written in your task agreement.
• You work as an independent contractor: you report your own income, and your recruiter sends the statements your accountant needs.
• You never chase the company. Questions about money go to Deftridge.
