About this task

This Series B payments company for small businesses (201–500 employees) is looking for a senior AI Evaluator: Compliance for a rating and review programme for AI output in your own field, 3–8 h a week. Writes realistic compliance dilemmas and expected handling.

Ratings are checked against a written rubric, and your notes go back to the team that builds the product. It operates in regulated payments and lending, so a written trail for every decision matters.

The work is fully remote. Any location in Canada works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day.

What you deliver

  • Write 15 scenarios on gifts, conflicts of interest and customer due diligence with model answers.
  • A weekly count of items reviewed, confirmed by the programme lead
  • Flags for answers that are unsafe, off-topic or wrong in your field
  • Short calibration notes after the first batch, so your ratings match the guidelines

What a week looks like

  • Thursday: 15-minute check-in to agree the week's items
  • Wednesday: main working block (3 hours)
  • Friday: hand-off note with what shipped and what is open

Duration: Weekly batches for 8 weeks, renewed every four weeks. Accepted when the output matches the agreed checklist and the sample check passes; the recruiter confirms by e-mail.
