About this task
This web3 infrastructure company (1,001–5,000 employees) is looking for a senior Compliance Analyst for an ongoing part-time engagement of 1–2 h a week. Tracks filings, certifications and reviews.
The company wants a senior person on this without carrying the cost of a full-time role. It works in digital assets, where compliance and record keeping are a daily topic.
The team sits in San Francisco. Everything can be done remotely; an occasional visit is welcome and never required for the first month. The company prefers early-morning hours, before a normal working day starts. About 2 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (PT).
What you deliver
- Maintain a calendar of 75 compliance deadlines with owners and reminders.
- Questions collected in one thread, answered within one working day
- A short handover note when the engagement pauses or ends
- Work logged against the agreed list, so the company contact can see progress without a call
What a week looks like
- Monday: pick up the queue and confirm priorities
- Midweek: two short working sessions of one to two hours
- Wednesday: update sent before the company's end of day
Duration: 6 months, then month by month. Accepted after the walkthrough. Edits requested within three working days are part of the price.
