About this task

This Series C subscription commerce company for refurbished electronics (201–500 employees) is looking for a manager Pricing & Competitive Analyst for a single piece of work with a fixed scope and a fixed price. Tracks competitor prices and plans in a comparable form.

The company has a deadline, no one free to own it, and wants a person who has done the same job before. It sells online, so volumes move with promotions and the calendar matters.

The company prefers a person who can come to Cork for kickoff and the final review; the rest is remote. Most people do this on weekday evenings; replies inside the working day are not expected.

What you deliver

  • Compare list prices and plan limits for ten competitors and update the benchmark monthly.
  • One round of edits after the company's review is included
  • A final note stating what was checked and what was left out of scope
  • A 20-minute walkthrough call, or a recorded screen share if you prefer

How the work runs

  • Day 1: kickoff call and access to the files
  • Days 2 to 6: the work, with questions answered the same day
  • Last day: delivery and a short walkthrough

Duration: about 10 working days. Accepted on the company's written OK. If something is missed, you fix it in the same week at no extra charge to either side.
