About this task
This brand and creative agency for B2B software (201–500 employees) is looking for a specialist Technical Sourcer for a single piece of work with a fixed scope and a fixed price. Maps teams at target companies to find candidates.
A fresh pair of experienced eyes is needed, and the result is a document or file the team can use straight away. It is an agency, so work is organised around client campaigns and approval rounds.
The work is fully remote, but the company can only contract people who live in Pennsylvania, so this one is for residents there. You choose your hours; nothing is scheduled except an occasional short call.
What you deliver
- Map engineering teams at ten target companies with titles, levels and likely open talent.
- A final note stating what was checked and what was left out of scope
- One round of edits after the company's review is included
- A 20-minute walkthrough call, or a recorded screen share if you prefer
How the work runs
- Day 1: kickoff call and access to the files
- Days 2 to 6: the work, with questions answered the same day
- Last day: delivery and a short walkthrough
Duration: 1 to 2 weeks. Accepted when the output matches the agreed checklist and the sample check passes; the recruiter confirms by e-mail.
