About this task
This payroll and HR services provider (51–200 employees) is looking for a manager Market Research Analyst for a single piece of work with a fixed scope and a fixed price. Who competes, how they position, what they charge and what they miss.
It is a self-contained job: scope, checklist and price are agreed before you start. It works in staffing and HR technology, and the team is used to external specialists.
The team sits in Rijeka. Everything can be done remotely; an occasional visit is welcome and never required for the first month. Most people do this on weekday evenings; replies inside the working day are not expected. About 2 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (CET).
What you deliver
- Profile eight competitors on product, pricing, funding and customer reviews in a 12-slide deck.
- A final note stating what was checked and what was left out of scope
- One round of edits after the company's review is included
- The finished deliverable in the agreed file format, with sources and assumptions listed
How the work runs
- Day 1: kickoff call and access to the files
- Days 2 to 8: the work, with questions answered the same day
- Last day: delivery and a short walkthrough
Duration: about 10 working days. Accepted when the output matches the agreed checklist and the sample check passes; the recruiter confirms by e-mail.
