About this task
This savings and loan group serving small businesses (5,000+ employees) is looking for a senior Talent Researcher for a single piece of work with a fixed scope and a fixed price. What candidates expect by level and location.
The company has a deadline, no one free to own it, and wants a person who has done the same job before. It is a regulated bank; the work is documented and reviewed before anything is signed off.
The work is fully remote, but the company can only contract people who live in California, so this one is for residents there. Evenings or weekends are fine, as long as the agreed weekly output is there. About 1 hour a week should overlap with the team's day (PT).
What you deliver
- Collect pay expectations for 12 comparable roles and summarise ranges.
- One round of edits after the company's review is included
- The finished deliverable in the agreed file format, with sources and assumptions listed
- A final note stating what was checked and what was left out of scope
How the work runs
- Day 1: kickoff call and access to the files
- Days 2 to 4: the work, with questions answered the same day
- Last day: delivery and a short walkthrough
Duration: 2 to 3 weeks. Accepted after the walkthrough. Edits requested within three working days are part of the price.
