About this task
This Space-technology company making satellite parts (5,000+ employees) is looking for a senior Talent Researcher for a single piece of work with a fixed scope and a fixed price. What candidates expect by level and location.
The company has a deadline, no one free to own it, and wants a person who has done the same job before. It works in aerospace, where change control and documentation are formal.
The company prefers a person who can come to Austin for kickoff and the final review; the rest is remote. Most people do this on weekday evenings; replies inside the working day are not expected.
What you deliver
- Collect pay expectations for 10 comparable roles and summarise ranges.
- One round of edits after the company's review is included
- A final note stating what was checked and what was left out of scope
- The finished deliverable in the agreed file format, with sources and assumptions listed
How the work runs
- Day 1: scope confirmed in writing, files shared
- Middle of the period: draft shared for early feedback
- Last day: final version and handover note
Duration: 1 to 2 weeks. Accepted on the company's written OK. If something is missed, you fix it in the same week at no extra charge to either side.
