About this task
This industrial manufacturer (51–200 employees) is looking for a senior Compensation & Benefits Analyst for an ongoing part-time engagement of 1–2 h a week. Supports annual merit, bonus and promotion cycles.
The company wants a senior person on this without carrying the cost of a full-time role. It manufactures physical products, and the office team works to month-end and plant schedules.
The team sits in West Jordan. Everything can be done remotely; an occasional visit is welcome and never required for the first month. You choose your hours; nothing is scheduled except an occasional short call. About 2 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (MT).
What you deliver
- Prepare data, guidelines and tracking for the annual merit cycle for 200 employees.
- A short handover note when the engagement pauses or ends
- Work logged against the agreed list, so the company contact can see progress without a call
- Questions collected in one thread, answered within one working day
What a week looks like
- Wednesday: 15-minute check-in to agree the week's items
- Friday: main working block (1 hours)
- Thursday: hand-off note with what shipped and what is open
Duration: 12 weeks, renewable. Accepted on the company's written OK. If something is missed, you fix it in the same week at no extra charge to either side.
