About this task

This Packaged-food brand (201–500 employees) is looking for a senior Compensation & Benefits Analyst for an ongoing part-time engagement of 1–2 h a week. Supports annual merit, bonus and promotion cycles.

Workload peaks and dips, so a few fixed hours a week fit better than a full-time seat. It sells consumer goods through retailers, so planning cycles run to a fixed monthly calendar.

The work is fully remote. Any location in United States works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day. The company prefers early-morning hours, before a normal working day starts. About 2 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (ET).

What you deliver

  • Prepare data, guidelines and tracking for the annual merit cycle for 200 employees.
  • Questions collected in one thread, answered within one working day
  • A short handover note when the engagement pauses or ends
  • A written update every Friday with what was done, what is next and anything blocked

What a week looks like

  • Tuesday: pick up the queue and confirm priorities
  • Midweek: two short working sessions of one to two hours
  • Friday: update sent before the company's end of day

Duration: 12 weeks, renewable. Accepted after the walkthrough. Edits requested within three working days are part of the price.
