About this task
This property and casualty insurer covering fleets and logistics (5,000+ employees) is looking for a senior AI Evaluator: HR for a rating and review programme for AI output in your own field, 3–8 h a week. Verifies AI answers on pay bands, equity and benefits.
The programme needs subject-matter experts who can tell a good answer from a plausible one in their own field. It is an insurer, so accuracy and an audit trail come before speed.
The work is fully remote. Any location in France works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day.
What you deliver
- Check 25 AI answers on salary benchmarking and equity vesting against provided data.
- Ratings entered in the client's tool against the written rubric, with a one-line reason each
- Flags for answers that are unsafe, off-topic or wrong in your field
- A weekly count of items reviewed, confirmed by the programme lead
What a week looks like
- Friday: pick up the queue and confirm priorities
- Midweek: two short working sessions of one to two hours
- Thursday: update sent before the company's end of day
Duration: Weekly batches for 6 weeks, renewed every four weeks. Accepted when the company contact confirms the deliverable against the written checklist. One round of edits is included.
