About this task
This warehousing operator (201–500 employees) is looking for a manager Customer Churn Analyst for a single piece of work with a fixed scope and a fixed price. Finds the traits and behaviours that predict cancellations.
A fresh pair of experienced eyes is needed, and the result is a document or file the team can use straight away. It moves goods for customers, so the data is operational and updated daily.
The company prefers a person who can come to Zagreb for kickoff and the final review; the rest is remote. Evenings or weekends are fine, as long as the agreed weekly output is there.

How the work runs
- Day 1: scope confirmed in writing, files shared
- Middle of the period: draft shared for early feedback
- Last day: final version and handover note
Duration: 2 to 3 weeks. Accepted when the company contact confirms the deliverable against the written checklist. One round of edits is included.
