About this task
This Series C games studio making mobile puzzles (201–500 employees) is looking for a manager Customer Churn Analyst for a single piece of work with a fixed scope and a fixed price. Finds the traits and behaviours that predict cancellations.
The work is too small to justify a hire and too important to leave to chance. It is a games studio with release dates that move the whole calendar.
The team sits in Copenhagen. Everything can be done remotely; an occasional visit is welcome and never required for the first month. Most people do this on weekday evenings; replies inside the working day are not expected.
What you deliver
- Analyse 15 months of cancellations to find the five strongest predictors and the revenue tied to them.
- The finished deliverable in the agreed file format, with sources and assumptions listed
- A 20-minute walkthrough call, or a recorded screen share if you prefer
- A final note stating what was checked and what was left out of scope
How the work runs
- Day 1: kickoff call and access to the files
- Days 2 to 8: the work, with questions answered the same day
- Last day: delivery and a short walkthrough
Duration: 1 to 2 weeks. Accepted when the company contact confirms the deliverable against the written checklist. One round of edits is included.
