About this task

This performance marketing agency for financial services (201–500 employees) is looking for a manager Procurement & Vendor Manager for a single piece of work with a fixed scope and a fixed price. Market view and plan for a spend category.

The work is too small to justify a hire and too important to leave to chance. It is an agency, so work is organised around client campaigns and approval rounds.

The work is fully remote, but the company can only contract people who live in Utah, so this one is for residents there. Evenings or weekends are fine, as long as the agreed weekly output is there.

What you deliver

• Write a category strategy for marketing agencies with a sourcing plan.
• A final note stating what was checked and what was left out of scope
• A 20-minute walkthrough call, or a recorded screen share if you prefer
• One round of edits after the company's review is included

How the work runs

• Day 1: kickoff call and access to the files
• Days 2 to 8: the work, with questions answered the same day
• Last day: delivery and a short walkthrough

Duration: 1 to 2 weeks. Accepted when the output matches the agreed checklist and the sample check passes; the recruiter confirms by e-mail.
