About this task
This Last-mile delivery company for pharma (201–500 employees) is looking for a specialist Bookkeeper for a monthly bundle of recurring tasks, 12–30 h a month. Brings late books up to date and ready for the accountant.
A named list of recurring items keeps the month predictable for both sides. It moves goods for customers, so the data is operational and updated daily.
The company prefers a person who can come to Nantes for kickoff and the final review; the rest is remote. The work runs in two set slots a week, agreed with the team at the start.
What you deliver
- Clean up six months of unposted transactions for a retail LLC and deliver reconciled accounts and a trial balance.
- A month-end summary with hours used against the cap
- A named list of items moved to next month, so nothing is lost
- The monthly list of items completed, each with a link to the result
What a month looks like
- Start of month: the company shares the items and the priorities
- Mid-month: progress check of 15 minutes
- Month end: hours used against the cap, results and open items
Duration: 12 weeks, with a monthly hours cap. Accepted after the walkthrough. Edits requested within three working days are part of the price.
