About this task
This Electric-vehicle maker in fleet services (1,001–5,000 employees) is looking for a specialist Bookkeeper for a monthly bundle of recurring tasks, 12–30 h a month. Brings late books up to date and ready for the accountant.
The company wants one reliable owner for a list of small jobs instead of five different people. It is an automotive business with long programme cycles and a strong paper trail.
The work is fully remote. Any location in Austria works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day. The work runs in two set slots a week, agreed with the team at the start. About 1 hour a week should overlap with the team's day (CET).
What you deliver
- Clean up six months of unposted transactions for a retail LLC and deliver reconciled accounts and a trial balance.
- A running log of open questions, reviewed at the start of each week
- A month-end summary with hours used against the cap
- The monthly list of items completed, each with a link to the result
What a month looks like
- Week 1: intake call and a list of what is due this month
- Weeks 2 and 3: items completed in short sessions
- Week 4: month-end summary and the list for next month
Duration: 6 months, with a monthly hours cap. Accepted after the walkthrough. Edits requested within three working days are part of the price.
