About this task
This Series A embedded-finance provider for property managers (51–200 employees) is looking for a director Fractional CFO for a single piece of work with a fixed scope and a fixed price. Weekly or monthly runway view with scenarios and decisions that change it.
A fresh pair of experienced eyes is needed, and the result is a document or file the team can use straight away. It operates in regulated payments and lending, so a written trail for every decision matters.
The work is fully remote. Any location in Greece works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day. Evenings or weekends are fine, as long as the agreed weekly output is there. About 2 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (EET).
What you deliver

- The finished deliverable in the agreed file format, with sources and assumptions listed
- One round of edits after the company's review is included
- A 20-minute walkthrough call, or a recorded screen share if you prefer
How the work runs
- Day 1: scope confirmed in writing, files shared
- Middle of the period: draft shared for early feedback
- Last day: final version and handover note
Duration: 1 to 2 weeks. Accepted on the company's written OK. If something is missed, you fix it in the same week at no extra charge to either side.
