About this task

This defence technology company in drones (1,001–5,000 employees) is looking for a senior Case Study Writer for a monthly bundle of recurring tasks, 18–30 h a month. Several case studies delivered in one batch.

A named list of recurring items keeps the month predictable for both sides. It works in aerospace, where change control and documentation are formal.

The team sits in Pitești. Everything can be done remotely; an occasional visit is welcome and never required for the first month. You choose your hours; nothing is scheduled except an occasional short call.

What you deliver

• Deliver four case studies in six weeks, including interviews and approvals.
• A running log of open questions, reviewed at the start of each week
• A month-end summary with hours used against the cap
• The monthly list of items completed, each with a link to the result

What a month looks like

• Start of month: the company shares the items and the priorities
• Mid-month: progress check of 15 minutes
• Month end: hours used against the cap, results and open items

Duration: 6 months, with a monthly hours cap. Accepted when the output matches the agreed checklist and the sample check passes; the recruiter confirms by e-mail.

How you get paid

• The company prepays Deftridge before your first hour, so payment does not depend on a late invoice.
