About this task
This digital marketing agency for travel brands (201–500 employees) is looking for a senior Case Study Writer for a monthly bundle of recurring tasks, 18–30 h a month. Several case studies delivered in one batch.
The same kind of work comes back every month, so the company prefers one person with an hours cap over ad-hoc requests. It is an agency, so work is organised around client campaigns and approval rounds.
The team sits in Elbląg. Everything can be done remotely; an occasional visit is welcome and never required for the first month. The work runs in two set slots a week, agreed with the team at the start.
What you deliver
- Deliver four case studies in six weeks, including interviews and approvals.
- A running log of open questions, reviewed at the start of each week
- The monthly list of items completed, each with a link to the result
- A month-end summary with hours used against the cap
What a month looks like
- Start of month: the company shares the items and the priorities
- Mid-month: progress check of 15 minutes
- Month end: hours used against the cap, results and open items
Duration: 12 weeks, with a monthly hours cap. Accepted when the company contact confirms the deliverable against the written checklist. One round of edits is included.
