About this task
This clinical data company (5,000+ employees) is looking for a senior Case Study Writer for a monthly bundle of recurring tasks, 18–30 h a month. Several case studies delivered in one batch.
A named list of recurring items keeps the month predictable for both sides. It works in healthcare, so patient data is never part of the task and privacy rules are strict.
The team sits in Bordeaux. Everything can be done remotely; an occasional visit is welcome and never required for the first month. The work runs in two set slots a week, agreed with the team at the start. About 2 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (CET).
What you deliver
- Deliver four case studies in six weeks, including interviews and approvals.
- The monthly list of items completed, each with a link to the result
- A month-end summary with hours used against the cap
- A running log of open questions, reviewed at the start of each week
What a month looks like
- Week 1: intake call and a list of what is due this month
- Weeks 2 and 3: items completed in short sessions
- Week 4: month-end summary and the list for next month
Duration: 12 weeks, with a monthly hours cap. Accepted when the output matches the agreed checklist and the sample check passes; the recruiter confirms by e-mail.
