About this task
This government IT contractor serving tax authorities (1,001–5,000 employees) is looking for a senior Technical Sourcer for an ongoing part-time engagement of 6–12 h a week. Builds a shortlist of qualified engineers for open roles.
The company wants a senior person on this without carrying the cost of a full-time role. It supplies the public sector, so documentation follows contract rules.
The work is fully remote. Any location in Spain works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day. You choose your hours; nothing is scheduled except an occasional short call. About 2 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (CET).
What you deliver
- Source 40 qualified backend engineers a week for two open roles and log them in the ATS.
- Questions collected in one thread, answered within one working day
- Work logged against the agreed list, so the company contact can see progress without a call
- A written update every Tuesday with what was done, what is next and anything blocked
What a week looks like
- Daily: one hour at a time that suits you, inside the agreed window
- Friday: ten-minute sync if anything is blocked
- Tuesday: weekly summary posted to the shared thread
Duration: 6 months, then month by month. Accepted when the company contact confirms the deliverable against the written checklist. One round of edits is included.
