About this task

This savings and loan group serving small businesses (501–1,000 employees) is looking for a senior Technical Sourcer for an ongoing part-time engagement of 6–12 h a week. Builds a shortlist of qualified engineers for open roles.

The company wants a senior person on this without carrying the cost of a full-time role. It is a regulated bank; the work is documented and reviewed before anything is signed off.

The work is fully remote. Any location in Hungary works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day. You choose your hours; nothing is scheduled except an occasional short call. About 3 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (CET).

What you deliver

• Source 60 qualified backend engineers a week for two open roles and log them in the ATS.
• Questions collected in one thread, answered within one working day
• A written update every Thursday with what was done, what is next and anything blocked
• A short handover note when the engagement pauses or ends

What a week looks like

• Tuesday: pick up the queue and confirm priorities
• Midweek: two short working sessions of one to two hours
• Thursday: update sent before the company's end of day

Duration: 6 months, then month by month. Accepted on the company's written OK. If something is missed, you fix it in the same week at no extra charge to either side.

How you get paid

• The company prepays Deftridge before your first hour, so payment does not depend on a late invoice.
• Deftridge pays you in EUR after the company confirms the hours or the deliverable. The payment date is written in your task agreement.
• You work as an independent contractor: you report your own income, and your recruiter sends the statements your accountant needs.
• You never chase the company. Questions about money go to Deftridge.
