About this task

This management consulting firm (1,001–5,000 employees) is looking for a senior Technical Sourcer for an ongoing part-time engagement of 6–12 h a week. Builds a shortlist of qualified engineers for open roles.

The company wants a senior person on this without carrying the cost of a full-time role. It is a consulting firm, so client deadlines set the pace and handover notes are expected.

The work is fully remote. Any location in Greece works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day. Evenings or weekends are fine, as long as the agreed weekly output is there. About 2 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (CET).

What you deliver

  • Source 50 qualified backend engineers a week for two open roles and log them in the ATS.
  • Work logged against the agreed list, so the company contact can see progress without a call
  • Questions collected in one thread, answered within one working day
  • A written update every Monday with what was done, what is next and anything blocked

What a week looks like

  • Thursday: 15-minute check-in to agree the week's items
  • Tuesday: main working block (4 hours)
  • Monday: hand-off note with what shipped and what is open

Duration: 12 weeks, renewable. Accepted when the output matches the agreed checklist and the sample check passes; the recruiter confirms by e-mail.
