Candidate Shortlist Delivery (LinkedIn Recruiter)

About this task

This packaging manufacturer supplying the auto industry (201–500 employees) is looking for a manager Contract Recruiter for a single piece of work with a fixed scope and a fixed price. A shortlist with notes against the scorecard.

The work is too small to justify a hire and too important to leave to chance. It manufactures physical products, and the office team works to month-end and plant schedules.

The team sits in Tallahassee. Everything can be done remotely; an occasional visit is welcome and never required for the first month. Most people do this on weekday evenings; replies inside the working day are not expected.

What you deliver

• Deliver five screened candidates for a finance manager with a one-page profile for each.
• A final note stating what was checked and what was left out of scope
• The finished deliverable in the agreed file format, with sources and assumptions listed
• A 20-minute walkthrough call, or a recorded screen share if you prefer

How the work runs

• Day 1: kickoff call and access to the files
• Days 2 to 8: the work, with questions answered the same day
• Last day: delivery and a short walkthrough

Duration: about 10 working days. Accepted when the company contact confirms the deliverable against the written checklist. One round of edits is included.

• You work as an independent contractor: you report your own income, and your recruiter sends the statements your accountant needs.
