About this task
This construction group (201–500 employees) is looking for a specialist Talent Researcher for a monthly bundle of recurring tasks, 8–14 h a month. Deep profiles for senior searches.
A named list of recurring items keeps the month predictable for both sides. It works in real estate and construction, where project documents change often.
The work is fully remote. Any location in United States works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day. The work runs in two set slots a week, agreed with the team at the start. About 1 hour a week should overlap with the team's day (CT).
What you deliver
- Research 25 senior candidates and prepare one-page profiles with career history and fit.
- A running log of open questions, reviewed at the start of each week
- The monthly list of items completed, each with a link to the result
- A named list of items moved to next month, so nothing is lost
What a month looks like
- Week 1: intake call and a list of what is due this month
- Weeks 2 and 3: items completed in short sessions
- Week 4: month-end summary and the list for next month
Duration: 8 weeks, with a monthly hours cap. Accepted when the output matches the agreed checklist and the sample check passes; the recruiter confirms by e-mail.
